YoursTrulyInc works with The Courier Guys to provide delivery services across the country of South Africa. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Your product purchase and delivery service will typically be shipped within 48 hours from date of purchase, except with regard to any custom orders placed. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently Do Not provide International Shipping services.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

YoursTrulyInc accepts Direct Bank Transfer from all major South African Banks, Payfast Payments and a number of CryptoCurrencies available on CoinPayments.net. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Through partnerships with highly experienced Online Retail payment service providers, we can provide our customers with safe shopping experience. We Do ask for registrations to be completed and make use of Captcha protocols to ensure a secure connection is achieved.

How do I place an Order?

Simply add any product or service you desire from the YoursTrulyInc Shop or Services page to your Cart, following the instructions and complete the necessary payment process.

We recommend that All customers register an account with YoursTrulyInc to provide the full service and security available.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may cancel Any order with a full refund before any Delivery has been arranged. Further to this, a product return process will need to be undertaken.
